MRS was founded in Kansas City by Aleshia Hunter with expansion to Northern California making this location headquarters. Prior to finding the business in 2002, Aleshia worked in high leveled management positions within the health care industry for 10 years. She dealt with operations management, consulting in medical coding, medical billing, third party collections, and medical transcription for both large hospital systems and insurance companies. Aleshia began developing her team of friendly experts by pulling on resources from past working relationships from key individuals.
